Most of us are a medical emergency or a crisis away from losing our homes. And yet, many of us treat the unhoused like they are disposable, like they have chosen to live on the streets, that they are less than human. We have to do better. For their sake, our sake, society's sake. And if you wish to lead a stoic lifestyle, a good human lifestyle, it is mandatory that you take care of those who cannot care for themselves.
