As a non-Catholic, it’s hard for me to imagine a more disgusting image than this one. And yet, I am certain it will not take this administration long to stoop even lower.

He dressed himself in Catholic holy robes,
shared round the photo for the world to see.
Yet, yet does there exist upon the globe
a man who wields such evil with more glee?
The Pope? A gentle man, kind and thoughtful.
This imposter? He is but none of those.
This faux-Pope? As a man, he is fraught full
of gross corruption, dressed in sanctus clothes.
Can one imagine such a mocking verse;
to pose as one so lately heaven’s guest?
The Pontiff strove for goodness here on Earth.
That other man? He’ll ne’er be heaven’s blest.
Heresy! Why would God have chosen you?
Your every act goes ‘gainst God’s greatest truth.
