Embrace Your Boredom
You can run, but you cannot hide.

You cannot escape boredom. No life is exciting 24/7. Netflix, YouTube Shorts, reels, doomscrolling; they just delay the inevitable. What you need to learn is to embrace the boredom. Use your boredom as a tool for creativity and thoughtfulness. Just once, when you are bored, examine why you are bored. Just once, let your mind do its thing and just be your mind. You might find yourself in a really intriguing reality.
Don’t escape the boredom. Don’t evade the boredom. Engage with the boredom.
